The front desk staff at the Cambria Hotel in Traverse City were friendly and accommodating, making sure the guest was happy with their room selection. The room itself was clean and spacious, with dai (Read More)ly cleaning and fresh towels. The front desk was responsive and helpful with any requests or questions. The restaurant and bar staff were also friendly, with the bartender Nick providing quick service and menu suggestions. The guest is looking forward to returning to Traverse City.

Excellent Hotel with wonderful amenities.
The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The lobby was comfortable to sit and have conversations. The exercise room was clean with adequate equipment. The hot tub was delightful. But the most outstanding feature was the excellent restaurant. The food was outstanding!

Great place to stay, bit pricey but comparable to the area, staff and food wonderful.
Great location, very nice. LOVED that fact that the pool and fitness room is open 24hrs. Resturant food is EXCELLENT, $$ but to be honest pretty comparable based on the area. It is difficult to get into resturant unless you have a reservation but since it is open to the public as well, can be hard to get a seat. The employees and staff are outstanding !! I felt like everyone was very friendly and helpful, I would definitly stay here again.
Beds not so comfortable, don't like the tiny pillows would have preferred full size ones, for such a high-end hotel, feel they should have more of a complimentary breakfast like so many dos. The restaurant area takes up a large portion of the lobby seating area which other than the bar, is all reserved seating. So, no real place to sit and watch tv or sit and hang out with friends.

Unfortunately it was not a comfortable evening to my family. Mattress and sofa-bed very old, noisy and too soft.
Nice installation
Mattress and sofa-beds needs replacement urgently. Very uncomfortable.

we werent in the hotel a ton but the room was spacious, friendly staff and located near everything.
loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. loved that restaurant was onsite.
we thought breakfast was complimentary but it was not.
