KKM Highlands has good rooms with moderate prices and good service. The ambience is nice and the hotel is neatly maintained. However, it is not easily accessible for people with knee pains as there a (Read More)re no ramps. The rooms are well-maintained with a good bed facility and plenty of power plugs. The washroom door was the only issue. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station but there is a tiffin center nearby that leaves waste water on the road. The hotel has tastefully designed rooms and a quiet atmosphere despite being in a noisy area. Parking is the only difficulty. The rooms are somewhat small but well-designed. The reception was praised for their good response and assistance. The nearby activities include a bus stand and shopping malls. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of options nearby. The amenities are okay and there is limited parking space in the cellar. Overall, the hotel is in a good location and offers value for money with good quality and service.
