Don't stay here. Hotel thinks it's a Four Seasons, when it's really not. 3 Star Hotel, at best.

Did not like much. Breakfast was solid and the hotel was very clean, that's really all I can say that was good.

Horrible wifi Far from the Medina, there is a free shuttle but it ends very early. Not many cabs nearby, you have to walk a bit to the 555 Nightclub area to catch a taxi and pray they don't scam you. Ridiculously expensive mini bar in your hotel, 30 dirhams for a small bottle of Sidi Ali water. An absolute rip off. I've stayed at Tui Blue and Tikida Gardens and both hotels offered water bottles for free to their guests, at the very least. Boring hotel compared to others in the area. Not many activities and fun things to do offered by the hotel. Incompetent receptionists, very unhelpful. Every conversation I had with them consisted of them trying to upsell me on a dinner buffet, pool towels, indoor pool, etc. The worst experience by far is when I was going to check-out, they kept me in the waiting area for 15 minutes to "check on the room". I've been to numerous hotels across the world and have never had that experience ever

Very good

The gardens were beautiful, and the room was lovely. Ilham and the reception staff were a treat.

The tours offered are a rip off. Overpriced in the main. Best to make one's own arrangements. No iron, or sweetener for a diabetic in the room... No TV channels other than news ones (so no sports or movies)

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Morocco and deserves five stars

The hotel staff are all great

All-inclusive prices have increased by 25 euros per person every day, without any significant change in the quality of food or drink. I believe that the increase is very high and unjustified. I hope there is a special price for families with children
