Disappointing

Can definitely be improved

Great location and beautiful building with a nice historical feel to it.

The air conditioner was so loud, uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast.

Very good

A cozy pre holiday experience

Location was perfect since we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was just right for us and we enjoyed lounging in the breakfast room by the fire.

Air conditioner in the window allowed cold air in the room.

Poor

Not worth the price. Stay at the Hampton Inn and enjoy the area.

Location & New England flare

The room was very worn. Draft my windows. The internet pic miss represent to actual room. So so disappointed. The room was very cramped. No place to unpack the suit case. The bed took up a majority of the space. No desk or counter space to set down things. Breakfast should be available by 7 AM not 8 AM. Not a place to stay for business or leisure.

We loved Kennebunkport and were satisfied with the hotel

The location is a huge plus.

It would be nice if there were a person to assist with luggage. It is difficult to navigate halls and stairs with large luggage. Coffee needs to be replenished more often in breakfast room.

Large room and very clean

The continental breakfast was not that great. I have had many continental breakfasts in many hotels and this one was poor. For the room rates they charge it needs to be upgraded.

Love the location and private parking. Bar/restaurant, when open, was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Inn definitely needs to upgrade their air conditioners for summer travelers! Although the room was cool enough, during this hot spell, the air conditioner removed very little humidity. All of my clothing felt damp all the time. The outlets for plugging in iPhone chargers were so loose, that the plugs kept falling out. They were also not conveniently located. The plugs that were available, were located behind beds or underneath the desk. it was very difficult for two seventy-five year-old women to get down on their hands and knees to plug in our chargers.
