My stay was truly delightful and exceeded my expectations

I would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially Bayan and Dora. I'd also like to express my gratitude to the pool attendant, whose name I can't quite remember. They all had welcoming smiles and made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated their service. Thanks again!

The TV screen and prices should be more in line with the services provided to meet the standards of a 5-star hotel

The stay was excellent for us we loved our stay at Kempinski.

The safety measures and the hospitality of the staff members were excellent. Valet team, Conceirge guys, Bayan, Jana, Mohammad The supervisor of top floor. They are so so so kind and pleasant to be around and the service they offer is exceptional!

The only thing is that the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi seemed dirty and it was quite uncomfortable to sit because of hygeinic reasons. The floor was quite dirty BUT there is always room for improvement.

Dont expect usual Kempinski level and service

The hotel pool area was nice for winding down after work, the staff there was good and efficient. Food wise outstanding lunch buffet. Very nice welcome fruit basket in the room. Have to stress out the concierges attentivness and friendliness. As was a work stay, convention center liked to hotel which made it convenient.

Would have at least few suggestions for improvements, the staff at the main restaurant barely speak any English, actually it was so bad, they dont even understand the basic requests like getting coffee refilled. We were also not picked up from the airport as was arranged, of course the staff apologized, however this was the first and unfortunately also bad impression. The room and bathroom overall are quite dated, my room keys constantly were discharged and sometimes I had to renew them twice a day. Super long check in and check out time at the reception, also English sometimes were a problem. Overall this hotel is not the usual Kempinski standard, Im writing this review from another big chain hotel in Jordan, and I have to say its like day and night difference. Sorry for not having better things to say this time.
