It's Ok

The staff were friendly, the rooms was lovely and bif, there was a lot of room. The place was always clean both inside and outside.breakfast was ok and you can always fi d sometgibg to eat.

I didn't like that they take a 200 diposit from you at check in for the mini bar and any services you might use. I would assume you pay on checkout. The hotel is far from the Medina about an hours walk, or 10min taxi. I mostly walked and it was easy to do so. The hotel wont let you bring in outside food to eat in your room, which again was not fair as i found food options limited and the food was not that great.

Unforgettable experience at the Kech boutique hotel

I just had my second unforgettable stay at Kech Boutique Hotel and Spa. This place truly knows how to make their guests feel special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern chic and Moroccan charm. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation.But what truly sets this hotel is its incredible spa. The treatments and massages are absolutely sublime. My stresses melted away as I indulged in the soothing ambience and skilled hands of the therapists. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is tucked away in a quiet corner, yet still within walking distance to all the major attractions. I cannot recommend Kech Boutique Hotel and Spa enough. This is truly an exceptional place to stay in Marrakech. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious accommodation, and a tranquil spa experience makes it the perfect choice for a memorable stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing really.

The food was horrible, the staff members barely smile or greet you and they all look very upset and angry all the time. The room cleaners didnt clean the room properly, because there was still doo-doo I found on the side of the toilet that was there before I came.

Wonderful stay allowed us to relax, eat and visit Marrakech !!!

Superb hotel from the moment we arrived when the porters were keen to help us with the baggage, to the huge room and immaculate, really lovely decor, lovely bed, lovely desk for me to work at, lovely shower and bathroom facilities, room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was superb and I also used the swimming pool which was lovely, and the deck chairs there were perfect. My wife also used the spa facilities and was very happy. We also used room service to eat one evening in the bar area and that was wonderful also; all the waiters and waitresses were 100A% polite all the time which was really nice to see. Thank you.
