The service was exceptional, my girlfriend and I felt so welcomed by the dedicated and intuitive staff who made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this riad as we've had wonderful memories and we'll return to stay for our future visits to Marrakech.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like. This establishment is beyond 5 stars, exceeding our expectations in every department.

Breakfast was decent compared to other hotels and riads in Morocco, bread seemed fresh and warm, and hot veggie options provided along with cereal as a bonus. Staff had decent level of spoken fluency of English which was a breath of fresh air.

Lighting in room was not enough, it was pretty dark in the main room. Bathroom lighting was good. The main heating and AC unit was not working well and so it got very cold at night - had to use portable electric heater which I personally don't like as it dries up the air in the room over night. Despite informing them the next morning and them saying that someone would look at this during the day whilst we were out, it was the same in the night when we returned. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was not strong and the water not very hot. Bring your own soap as the body wash they have inbuilt seemed commercial and didn't form lather. Overall not value for money if paying more than 100 euros per night for this property - there are better options available.

The best staff in the most beautiful Riad - 10/10 would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Luciano. The staff all went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight was delayed by many hours and made sure our taxi picked us up from the airport, with Yassir meeting us to show us to the riad from the taxi at 3am. We were upgraded to the Sultan Suite as it was our anniversary and the room is absolutely beautiful. Try to book in a Hammam if you can as it was a great experience with a lovely massage. The breakfasts every morning were amazing as were drinks on the terrace. Absolutely no faults at all, we will be rushing back! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Luciano. Every single staff member was so sweet and always going above and beyond to make sure we were having a nice time. The beds were large and comfortable. The place was very tidy and clean. The courtyard was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. I would very much recommend staying here while in Marrakesh!

Loved the cosy ambiance of the place. The inner courtyard is absolutely beautiful. Loved the room and the service. All the staff were extremely helpful. Even served us tea at midnight. The location was great, its quite common that these riads are in side lanes etc, so dont be surprised on the route to get there. Very close to Jardin secret, Bacha coffee and museum, right in the middle of the souks and easy access to get a cab as well.

Just awesome

Very Friendly personal, Great Kitchen who brought you definitely to the heart of Marocco. The Medina was amazing with a great and most important private amman ( only for 2 people)

The Terrace still amazing but maybe missing a bit of coziness, decoration ( typical from marocco) . We asked instead to have diner inside the Medina and you where in a beautiful atmosphere.
