The JW Marriott Nashville is highly recommended for a romantic getaway, with excellent catering, decor, and entertainment. Lounge access is provided for platinum Marriott members, with better breakfa (Read More)st and service than the main floor restaurant. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, with great city views and a spacious bathroom. There were some issues with lights and housekeeping, but the front desk addressed them promptly. The pool area is large and the staff is polite and professional. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view and a wide selection of whisky. Overall, it is a beautiful and convenient hotel, although there were some issues with lost items.

Our room was muggy. Like moist muggy. Our sheets were damp. most of the buttons for lights didnt work. There was a vent

Great hotel with exemplary staff

Staff competency and yes attitude

The pool was closed when we arrived and the gym had an event today so I was not able to use the dance studio. Advance notice/better communication about closures and events would be helpful

Fantastic facility however they had my reservation wrong charged my card twice and refuse to give me my second charge and deposit back and its been 30 days beware
