A dresser for clothing storage would have been nice so we could unpack our suitcases.

They have a nice interior design, but it extremely dirty inside, and at 3am some of guest was listen music so loud that we wouldnt able to sleep. We informed the manager and he told us that will text us that everything got fixed, but it seems nothing changed.

The location was in the center of Nashville - walking distance ( same as many 5 stars hotel around downtown ( W Hotel, JW Marriott, Embassy Suits, The Hermitage Hotel, and Westin

- Checkin experience Horrible experience , had to be charged 3 times for incidental 500$ each time on one credit card then their system did not show it ! I offered cash though they refused ! Though I had my pregnant wife with me standing for 30 min till they figure out what to do. -staff Obviously the staff was rocky (newB) as they were not helpful at all ! -Room clean less The room was not clean, and when I asked them to clean it they only made up the bed ( had to ask for towels as there was no towels! - shower Its a see through same as the toilet ( for those who does not enjoy it or have kids this is not the place for you) -Water Was not warm enough and took time till it become a bit warm , the water did not feel clean as well ( a bit smelly) and I think its because of the copper of the shower ( I added a picture you can see clearly the copper turning to green)

We had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the aroma in the rooms, the outdoorsy feel and the open concept floor plan of the room. The bar seating was comfortable, and the table lighting was intriguing. The Audi e-tron courtsey car was an added bonus!

The aroma in the lobby was too strong.

Overall excellent location, attentive staff, and good food, but need more storage for unpacking.

The location was excellent. Easily walkable to everything in Downtown Nashville. The staff was super helpful with providing amazing recommendations in Nashville and in nearby Franklin. Shout out to Anthony for some great cocktail and food recs! The option to use the Audi electric car for test drives was amazing. We used it for free on two separate days for up to two hours. They also have a house car that can take within a short radius for free to save on Uber expenses.

We booked the Junior Deluxe Suite and there was little to no room to unpack our bags. The closet was small and only one tiny drawer to store clothes. It would be great if there was a chest of drawers in the room so we could have unpacked instead of living out of the suitcases for 4 days.
