Good

Location was right on the beach, perfect for sunrise. Restaurant was easily accessible, and there's a scuba diving shop next door.

Though it had a good hot water shower, the toilet had a leaking basin.

Great view, average service.

Amazing beachfront view directly facing the sunrise. From the door into the water takes about 30 seconds.

While the staff were pleasant, things always took long. We had to ask on 3 different occasions to have our room cleaned before it actually happened. Same thing when we wanted to get out laundry done. The bathroom is a bit unpleasant as water from the shower and sink all goes to the floor instead of into pipes, so be sure to pack sandals!

Pleasant

pleasant stay but not worthy coming back!

The room was little sandy but generally quite clean. The toilet was nice and the WIFI works quite well in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay for my family and I.

There was a lot of flies and the resort did not have any pool or other facilities. The location is slightly out of the way and it is located in the other side. It would have been nice to have transport to and from main ferry terminal included when the boat could not land at Juara Resort jetty.

Totally unacceptable and a pitty - Need a serious wake up to reverse the situation

The location is nice, in front of the beach.

It was agreed that the hotel was picking us at the jetty (30 minutes). They didn t come, even didn t apologize but we crossed the car carrying furnitures instead.... In one bathroom a swimsuit was still hanging from previous visitor, telling a lot on the overall cleaning. The pictures on bookings are a lie are not from same appartment. The sofa was distroyed and dirty. one chair totally broken, very basic equipment, often in bad shape . It was supposed to be a chalet, but it is an appartment with the restaurant below. Dangerous access to a stair: if you are 1.8 meter tall, you will fully hit an unprotected pillar. Empty bottles, all kind of roted stuff and garbage next to the stair. We were supposed to enjoy the nice beach and terrasse, there was no single sunbath or long chair, only basic plastic chair to sit. Just totally unacceptable. It is not a matter of money. The family house next to it looks nicely equiped in furnitures and large flat screens, with 3 new 4x4 pickups in front! much more to tell, but to summarize, we had the impression to be taken as a wallet on legs and appart from the bill to pay at arrival, they could not care less of us. Very unprofessional. it is a pitty since the place and infrastructure could be nice. With only 2-3 days of serious cleaning and work, it would already look much different. Wake up guys!

Exceptional

We love the location; the lovely vibes of the beach and the quiet Juara Seaside Kampong. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The floor in the room seems always sandy even though we cleaned it. Also, the toilet bowl flushing is not working well. The water heater is not working either. Overall, our stay was still fine even with these minor issues.

.it is near to beach and the beach also very clear

Not good experience, problem with power and their response is not good. I don't prefer to stay again and I don't recommend. Even If you don't have any choice then also don't book the quardrooms go with other type. My kids not liked it at all.

Over all ok 60% value for money

Cleanness of beach area, view of room , stag are very friendly to give info.

There is no balcony door lock, there is room service I stay 2 days, no hot water, air conditioner not temperature control, car service is very expensive to go there.
