Well located and super nice staff. The wifi connection was good. If you have cat allergy you should know there are lots of them on the island.

Worth the Value

The owners were very accomodating. I appreciated the fact that they have brooms for every room for us to sweep up if needed instead of having to ask them as with most other properties. The location is at the end of the beach with picture perfect view of sunset. There's even a sandy tide pool right in front suitable for kids to frolic in safely. We missed out ferry "Bluewater" not knowing it would be there earlier than the stated time. While it was a long wait without any available ferry for the day, the owner managed to speak to a later ferry to convince them to let us aboard. Truly appreciated that. Bathroom was clean with HOT water and good water pressure =)

Room was smaller than expected but had sufficient space for all our things. We were out mostly so it did not bother us much.

Perfect place to stay in Tioman

Beautiful beach front cottage. Nothing was new, but we found it to be very cosy and comfortable. Great AC and fan and private bathroom too. Provided towels, coffee and water. Very enjoyable stay.

Front stairs could do with replacing!

I overpaid for my stay

The close location the a nice beach and sea view.

The room itself was not well located, and given the price, we feel we over paid for the room we got. Eg., while lizards in the room would be normal, finding lizards poo on the bed and on the floor, even after leaving for 2 hours, is not a good experience. This would have been slightly acceptable for 100 MYR, not 200 MYR. Fortunately we only stayed for one night.
