Would definitely visit again. Perfect location, balcony was huge.

Very clean, evening meals were very tasty, breakfasts ok, all staff wonderfully friendly and accommodating.

Very good breakfast both Hot and Cold buffets. Excellent Indoor Lap pool and Gym.

No shower by the indoor Pool and no directions to use the Spa shower and changing rooms

Great place to stay!

It was a beautiful place! The staff was friendly, the breakfasts and lunches were lovely, there was something new every day. The spa area is not very big but we loved it. Every night there was some kind of show at the bar.

The windows of our room faced the backyard because of this from 6 am we could hear how the kitchen was working and the staff was transporting dishes. But we like to sleep with the windows open. with the windows closed, they can't be heard.

Might be the best option in this price range

Caring and welcoming staff. Overall clean and well maintained. Super diverse and plentiful breakfasts and dinners (drinks at the dinner ordered separately). SPA area is free to use for hotel guests - it was nice to spend evenings in the sauna and in the small heated indoor pool (didn't try other pools including outdoor ones due to a rather cold & windy weather, pool bar was also not manned because of that). Nice location: there are multiple beaches nearby, and a nice observation deck along the sea shore. Palma is reachable by foot, the route is pretty scenic and takes about 1.5h one way. Taxi from the ferry port costs around 12-14, to the airport 17-19.

Something is off with the hotel software - it takes inexplicably long time to check-in, what causes queues at the reception all around the clock. Although it didn't affect me personally, the check-out time is listed as 11:00, despite the reservation indicating 12:00. Also, the hotel is advertised as "Non-smoking throughout", but in fact there are ash trays and smoking on the balconies is allowed - it was a disappointment since I'm sensitive to the cigarette smoke. The steam room in the SPA area seems to be closed for quite some time already due to a malfunction, so only one sauna was available for guests. While the hotel is clean overall, the bathroom ceiling in our room (101) was super dirty and crooked, and basically it should be replaced. And the very last: one pillowcase was torn and one was stained, please replace linen on time.

Nothing, irresponsible, disrespectful

Unprofessional, problematic, disrespectful. Book a room from 3weeks before arrival date. When i was arrived there around 7PM need to wait for like 30 minutes, after its my turn and i said i made reservation, they say the room was fully booked and they ditched me into another Hotel that they said same standard which is not. I didnt expect much hospitality from them, but this is obnoxious and unethical. You cant cancel a room for a customer that booked the room since month ago without giving them any news before they arrived. My only logical explanation is that, most of the people that stay there book for a longer period like 1 week stay probably, and meanwhile i only book for 1 day. So for them its business as usual, after all they probably saw im only some random 3rd world tourist so they wont hurt much. At the end i paid the same amount of money for the last ditched hotel that they recommended me with no standard match. This is really disrespectful and i feel treated differently because im not common European tourist. they dont do anything then dismissed us. Thank you Js palma
