Superb

Despite the rain, my family enjoyed staying at Jetwing Gallery. All was good but a bit overpriced compared to other hote

The hotel in general, bedrooms very clean, food at the restaurant was perfect, great place for our family. The spa lady who gave perfect massages.

The staff at the restaurant couldnt speak really English which was making our communication difficult.

Good hotel. Scam concierge.

Rooms are good Food is good

Everytime you ask the concierge to order a car for a trip they are either completely incompetent and leaving you sitting around for 1 to 2 hours for no good reason or they are intentionally overcharging massively and trying to scam an extra 50, 100, 150 dollars. Not good for a suppossed 5 star hotel.

Not meeting expectations for the huge price we paid for the so called suite

The cleanliness

We were charged a huge amount of money for two nights for supposedly a suite when in fact was a normal room. Service was inexistent, the reception never received calls. When we come back to the hotel after 9pm you find the reception closed and the lights are off. Not a 5 star kind of service at all. We felt like we were scammed

Perfect for exploring Kandy

Stunning location, right beside the river. Very quiet and secluded. It is more than worth to be outside Kandy around 10 km. Big pool for relaxing after sightseeing and in the evening trees are illuminated. Boutique character with only 26 rooms. Newest Jetwing property operating since 2020, interior design is fantastic and new. Wonderful breakfasts.

Maintenance will need attention in the future since it is in hills and the rain affects the buildings.
