Wonderful hotel with lovely views and food. Poor communication with booking process.

Beautiful location and very tranquil! Food was great and authentic. Restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. Pool is a good size. Cycling was a great option to have.

They are very bad of communicating with booking.com. We needed to change few dates. More than one month they could not sort out after many attempts. Manager at the hotel just wanted the money for the days we didnt stay. Had to call booking.com many time for this. We had to prove to them that there was no communication to booking.com from there side by getting a email sent from booking.com. Finally on the day of checking in they had no choice but not to charge us. They also made mistake by charging for something twice at check out. When we asked where that bill came from they took out the bill but no apologies for the mistake from the manager who was there. Found the experience unacceptable from this hotel.

Unsympathetic Policy: Jetwing Kaduruketha's Disappointing Handling of Non-Refundable Booking

Jetwing Kaduruketha's handling of a non-refundable booking left much to be desired. Despite communicating our inability to travel due to heavy rains and the safety concerns for our small children, the hotel rigidly upheld the non-refundable policy, charging us a hefty $430 for two nights. The lack of flexibility and empathy towards our situation was disappointing and demonstrated a disregard for customer circumstances. The hotel's unwillingness to accommodate or consider extenuating circumstances reflects poorly on their customer service standards. For a more understanding and customer-centric approach, exploring alternative accommodations in similar situations might prove more satisfactory.

Wildlife and Nature right in front of you!

I liked that the villas are very close to nature and wild life. It's a delight to see peacocks walking around right outside your patio.

As the property was not new, we faced some plumbing issues w/ our shower stall. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Everything is excellent including the food, scenery, and activities for the guests. I love when I did my spa service. The massage therapist is wonderful. Really exceeded me and my familys expectations.
