Janat Al Atlas is an amazing resort and spa.

Janat Al Atlas is an amazing resort and spa. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is conveniently placed just outside of Marrakesh and easy to get to by car. From the moment you make your booking, to arrival, during your stay and as you depart the comms and service from the hotel were really clear and very good. They arranged a taxi for us to get around Marrakesh and ensured we were aware of the local and tourist spots to checkout during our stay. Whilst there (during December for 5 days) the service was excellent and the access to the spa and hotel facilities was top class. This includes indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, spa and gym. I would like to thank all the staff there for making the stay amazing and a memorable relaxing one. Special mention and thanks goes out to Morad for his hospitality that made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.

As feedback for the hotel I would say, please open (or allow access) to the gym earlier than 11am for guests as some people prefer an early morning workout before getting their day started.

After two appalling experiences with previous Booking.com properties in Marrakesh, this was perfect

Staff and facilities were excellent, Breakfast pretty good

Evening dinner facilities not great and little used, perhaps time of year. Remote location necessitates a car, in most cases.

We enjoyed our stay much and plan to visit Janat Al Atlas again soon

The breakfast was acceptable but it could be richer. The SPA is a 5 stars facility and the staff are friendly and professional. The menu in the Restaurant is well selected and the Food is delicious.

Honestly speaking all was great.

Good worth of money, for a nice experience.

I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.
