ipoh is a nice place, the building also nice place, but not this unit, terrible facility

the location is in the town, not so far if want to drive to other place the building is near with the mountain, morning got birds sound and the swimming pool for children is very nice and much fun

1. the condo is not welcome for homestay, the guidehouse and other unit banner a lot show NO homestay, it is feel not welcome 2. the falicity is really really very very bad can say almost the worest i every stay, the AC in the living hall and room, very very very loud, we cannot on any music because of the loud sound from the AC, waterheater, but if off the AC, the room is very hot at night, and the AC is leaking very dangurous. 3. only allowed to checkin at 3pm, but after reach, still doing clearning at 3.30pm, there is BED BUGSall of us after come back from IPoh and reach KL notice.

Disappointing

THE WORST STAY

At least, they got bed to sleep on

The place is not welcoming. Got banner NO HOMESTAY NO AIRBNB, about 20 units placing the banner on their corridor. The management placed the reminder about airbnb as well, saying that we are not allowed to stay. Unlucky for us, we got stuck in the lift with the residence, they asked us about our stay. If I read the review before booking the place, I wouldnt stay here. We are worried for the kids safety. Kids pool was closed, i think because of the school holiday to avoid sound pollution from the kids. I guess.

poor services.1 toilet without tissue and both toilet dnt provided shower gel too.Room without any dressing table n mirror for get ready.not provided any mineral water also.kot found any cupboard for keep dresses.Hanger is not enuf provided.cup provided but only 5 not enuf.not provided garbage enuf.
