WORST EXPERIENCE ON BOOKING.COM

Informed management we are on our way from Tanjung Malim but left us outside the property ignored our calls and all and not very helpfull on cancellation. In the end we dont have a place to stay in Ipoh. Worst experience on booking.com .. the worst part is my family members in the car got no space to rest.

This is my repeated stay & i hsve given my comment after the 1st stay. Disappointed to note that there has not been

Ample visitors parking even for extra vehicle

The unit is poorly equip without basic necesity such as kitchen knife, cutting board, a pair of scissors & water tumbler, appropriate bath mat for the 2 bathroom. There is no dresser nor a mirror in any of the bedrooms

I love the building area, so convenient. House also very clean. Extra bed and pillow are there of needed. Very suitable for big family.

Not a great experience

The facility is new, great location, quiet

The bed is hard. They did not change the blanket as we felt itcy while sleeping at night We couldn't get to the unit on time due to the unit not being ready. We only get informed that the unit is not ready, when we have already reached the unit.
