Take me back.

There is genuinely nothing to dislike. From the minute you walk into the lobby, the views are breath taking as you are welcomed by friendly staff. The decor is fantastic, as is the welcome drink. InterCon put the luxe in luxury. I cannot wait to return.

Great stay with an amazing view from the room.

Great location, friendly staffs, excellent service, breakfast, food etc.. Lounge Marky, concierge Baui, Flame Joe and a nice guy who I forget his name, Breakfast restaurant Jolie, Fan, Baifern made my stay exceptional. I really appreciate to the staffs who provided kind service with greatest smiles make me feel warm like at home. Thank you all I definitely want to visit again and meet them

Spa was just okay. I don't really recommend it to others cause the massage wasn't so good compared to other properties I got. And reception staffs seem very busy and not really attentive. One of the lady manager(?) who I questioned about my departure day before the check out, I only asked about the transportation time but she so afraid that I'm requesting for late check-out. Well, it could be offered nicely from their side even though I don't mind for on-time checking out. But she only talking about the extra charges for late check out. The hotel which I stayed for a night in Bangkok, they informed me about the checking out time + offered me a shower room and facilities that I could use after C/O. Approach was so different compared to I stayed long in Intercontinental. Either they have to learn how to talk nicely in English or they don't suit for 5star hotel industry. Except reception and spa staffs, everyone was so great especially F&B and HK staffs.

Exceptional staff, beautiful location, stunning from start to finish

Incredible breakfast, beautiful ocean view room with special touches including complimentary fruit platter and an array of pillow choices! The private balcony with large sofa was perfect for chilling. Amber restaurant and Flames restaurant were both exceptional. The pool areas were pristine and amply stocked with towels plus complimentary water and spf50 sunscreen. The staff were always on hand to drive us around the site as we needed. A wonderful stay as a special treat.

Fantastic hotel for wedding

The hotel was an excellent choice for wedding, staff really friendly and very welcoming, food and accommodation brilliant

Superb

Amazing resort with a few major drawbacks

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, delicious food, fantastic spa

$80 for breakfast for our son, $80 for a massage (generally VERY affordable in other areas in Thailand), the beach is terrible -- coral comes right up to the beach, so you can't swim -- but, there are ZERO fish/sea life in the coral, so snorkeling was also terrible. Fantastic resort, but not if you expect to be in the ocean.

To celebrate our 30th anniversary in the most luxurious location was a dream come true!!!

Loved the rooms, the venue, the staff, the view, the buggys up and down, the spa, the food, the boat trip, the excellent service!!!

Disappointing

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. But thats it to the story. Come here to have a dinner or drink at the cocktail bar, but sleep somewhere else. And dont forget everything is closed at 10pm.

Check in took 1hour. The hotel is very spread you have to do everything with the buggy after 1 day just enoying. The beach is with algy not cleaned and the ocean with stone not to swim. The small pool has had its best time old fashioned, all other small 5 pools no service no drinks. Service all together very poor had to take my towels and everything by myself. No 5star. Not worth the price waste of time. And take comission even for the taxi.

It is a nice hotel, very quiet, a bit too quiet. It doesnt go to the expectations of a 5 star hotel or doesnt fulfill

The green is Beautiful, the Beach was ok, i have Seen better ones. The room we were given for 4 pax was too small, we were not able to accommodate. It seems smaller than it looks.

The service is not trained well, although everyone was very nice and comforting, but I think they need better training. Their English is just not good enough sometimes. Its not that I expect perfect English, but they should be able to understand if you order food from the menu. The food was different every day, even when ordering the same thing at the same place. That is very disappointing.
