Very good, because of the friendliness of the staff

The staff were all very friendly & helpful, especially Aslam (Bell Captain), who went out of his way to help us organise a tour of the city & a boat tour. Aslam is an exceptional ambassador for the hotel. He made us feel very welcome & he takes really good care of the guests. The breakfast was excellent too - lots of choices. Bedrooms were a very good size. The lounge on the 3rd floor was very good. Lovely selection of light refreshments & snacks.

Can be better.

Good location, good location.

The reception people is not very slow, its super slow that I never met before, took almost half a hour for checking in. I made reservations from Booking, they always cant find my reservation, always needs change to another person to check and to be done.
