Amazing and welcoming stay, will be back!

We stayed at the suite after I asked for an upgrade. It was such a gorgeous room! It was huge and bathroom was so clean and well stocked. Room even comes with a nespresso machine which was much needed at the time. We loved it so much, everyone was super helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we had to leave for the airport early morning otherwise I wish we could have been able to have the breakfast. The peek I got as I was leaving looked so good.

I wish there was a full door for the tub so water didnt leak out

Disappointing

THe hotel did not meet the expectation

The personnel was very polite and nice with me

The hotel's pricing seemed disproportionately high given the amenities offered. Unfortunately, during my brief 12-hour stay between flights, I encountered a room that emitted a strong odor of humidity and mold. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was subpar, not meeting the expected standards.

The room was smelly We changed the room due to size with and upgrade form the staff but still same , rooms were smelly The smell is mostly from bed and the sheets and the cover of the bed , they changed every day and even after changing the room it still not good
