Overall brilliant

I thought I was booking a room. I had to pay extra because I did not advise that I was coming with my partner. Im not sure whats the extra costs were for. Nevertheless I paid and we had an excellent time

Breakfast was not included but thankfully many reasonable shops were nearby

Relaxing and comfortable in a convenient location.

Location is close to transport network and in easy reach of the airport and City. The Hotel was clean and the room had good facilities. Shops are close by.

Although there are plenty of restaurants in the area, those are limited as to variety.

Great location in front of the S-Bahn station with shops and little cafes nearby. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There wasn't a kettle in the room, we asked the staff for boiled water for the medicine and even though we'd said that explicitly, the answer was that they couldn't provide it and sent us to a cafe nearby. I think it was just a pure laziness shown.

Superb

Nice, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Upon arrival there was a problem with the window in my room (wouldnt close), the staff were very nice and helpful in changing me to another room and I even got an upgrade.

Cosy practical stay

The rooms' design is very modern and cosy. The location is super close to the S-Bahn stop. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient, and the employees were quite nice.

There was a burnt smell in the room when the air conditioning was on. There was a hair on the pillow when I arrived. The price is quite high for the size of the room.
