Insignia Beach Resort Premium 1 BHK serviced Appartments,The Club Krishna Sea Sight ,Puri

Not met basic, simple expectations. Had a very discomfort stay for 1.5 days; Around 7-8 kms to Puri station, 5-6 kms to temple & 1 km to nearby beach shore. Location: Around 20 blocks of group apartments society. Few blocks made into resorts. This 1BHK flat is part of 19th block (last one & lot of construction work around: so, dusty, noisy); Need to walk for 10-15 mins from main gate to this flat (as autos are not allowed inside the society) Own vehicle is must. Worst is local autos mafia. Forced to spend 1500/- on autos to go for food, beach, temple etc., Expensive food options - buffet 450/- or 750/- plus taxes in the nearby resort restaurents. Given kitchen is just electric top, but utensils are not copper bottom & power cuts on & off - where electric top do not work, during power cuts. Being a vegetarian family with 1 year old kid - purpose of booking 1bhk with improper kitchen resulted nightmare. (As all outside options are more than 1km, with mostly non-veg.); Booked it for kitchen, pool & kids park. Reality is - improper kitchen, pool usage on payment(100/-) basis & broken kids park. Check-out is worst. Owner expects us to call him and wait for his thorough checking of his flat items. One plastic water bottle missed and got repeated calls for 30/- worth bottle; where we paid 3700/- (for 1.5 days room rent) + wasted1500/- (for autos); TV cable connection is not there. Got it after 6 hrs of check-in; Money-minded host and zero service for the guest family. Complete night-mare, disappointment, no value for money, expensive, unexpected overheads of autos exps, late lunches at 4pm with 1 yr old baby etc., Beware - there are different flats offerings within the same society. May be kitchen, washing machine facilities differ - problems of autos, expensive food around will be same. If darshan is main purpose - better stay around temple.
