Very poor

Terrible

We were moved to a different hotel, check in host was lovely and all down hill from there.. not clean, loud noisy and not the original howl we booked. Poor communication between hotel & customer, do NOT recommend!! Very disappointed

Exceptional

I appreciated the warm welcome at the front desk. The location was perfect. We were about 4-10 minutes of walking distance from all the main attractions. The location was quiet and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay

The staff went out of the way to make sure everything was enjoyable. Coffee in the office in the morning was great. The inner courtyard was relaxing for sitting outside. Staff made sure there was space to unload upon arrival and departure. Room cleaning was available everyday. Ice machine worked well. The facilities were good for 1805 building. There are many places to eat within a short walking distance Vacharie,Cornet,Gumbo Shop were some of my favorites.

It was excellent for room close to Bourbon Street

Poor value for the money.

The king suite was big and roomy with a big bathroom and a nice quiet private courtyard. The staff was nice and chill.

Floor was dirty bathroom was dirty, not enough hangers, not enough chairs in the courtyard. Many rooms were so dark people kept asking to change rooms

Balcony, little court yard no problem with door key lock. 2 blocks from bourbon st.There is a corner store towards esplanade couple blocks up. Good fresh made poboys I had good chicken salad sandwich.

The location was great! Two blocks off Bourbon and central to everything in the Quarter.

I was really overcharged by booking.com compared to the property website prices. Like twice as much! I dont blame the inn though. Next time Ill book by calling the property directly.

I really enjoyed my stay! Great location and within walking distance of many attractions.

I loved the location! It was so close to everything that I had planned. The room was very clean, great water pressure and water temperature. It was cozy and had a cool historic vibe. I would absolutely stay again!

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.
