Nothing like the pictures!! Nothing!

I did not get the room I paid for . It was not a queen size bed as described. There was no countertop space on the sink. It was not the bathroom as pictured in the selection. There was no ironing board or fridge. The security box did not work. The front desk clerk stated he would apply credits for the inconvenience, but I later I discovered from another clerk that was not done, in fact , the clerks don't even have access or ability to do this, so thos person just lied. Also, the TV was blurry, and the remote buttons barely worked. This was room 76! Worst experience ever at a hotel, especially for that price.

Rooms were very small, I mean very small no way were they doubles just a double bed in a single room, towels werent changed regularly, no hot water for showering in one room coffee maker broke in another all reported but nothing done.
