Pleasant stay

Excellent location, near to a metro station. Fancy room and bathroom. Cleanliness. Quiet room.

In winter the heating system was not quite efficient. The tile floor looked fancy, but was cold.

The location is absolutely perfect!!!!!!

Clean and cozy in a very cute building. We felt very safe during our stay. We had everyday hot water for shower. I recommend it for sure.

Maybe they have to change the garbage cans more often. We stayed 4 nights and they didnt change it at all.

Perfect!

The location is wonderful. The welcome reception was easy and very kind. A train station accross the street was also a treat! The best chocolate in town just a block away. A mini-market next door and a pleasant walking distance to anywhere in Milan. I strolled my way around town...it was beautiful! The building has a little internal garden and an antique elevator that makes the experience even more special! I suggest walking to the left for a wonderful coffee and tart on the next block. Right before, on the next corner accross the street you will find a beautiful chocolate boutique store filled with the best of the best! Loved every ounce of Milan, including this delightful home away from home experience!! Hopefully, I will be back soon!!!! Grazie!!!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was wonderful in Milan from the stay to the strolls, etc. Milan became one of my favorite cities in Italy. 841,37

Nice clean place, small and cozy, very close to Cadorna station.

Minimal supplies (despite staying there for 2 nights, I only received 1 small soap and 1 coffee pod). It's impossible to self check-in; once you arrive at the door, you have to call the host and they will arrive with the keys.

Huge room, super comfortable, great location for sightseeing

Overall we were really pleased with the location and hugely impressed with the size of the room; probably the biggest room we had during a 3-week European trip! AirCon was very effective and welcome during the heatwave. Arriving by train from Central Station to Cadorna Subway Station over the road, the property was easy to locate and checking in, whilst unusual, worked (meeting a guy on the street who let us in, handed over the keys and collected the City Tax). The area felt safe and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily by walking or using public transport (Trams & Trains). There was Coffee nearby and a Carrefour Supermarket a couple of doors down; everything we needed. We got around to all of the sights and experiences we had planned to visit in just a couple of days and were very happy with our choice.

A clearer explanation of the set-up of the property would have been more comforting. This is a (very generous sized) room, amongst 3-4 separated rooms that share a common 'foyer' door on the second level of a 7-story apartment building (I assume). Key collection is done by messaging someone via WhatsApp, advising them of your arrival time and then meeting them in the street in front of the property (which for us was around 9pm). As I said, it works, but it was different to 'normal' accommodation check-ins.
