Pleasant

Location, breakfast, nice personal, parking. Bathroom's equipment was old,but clean. Perfect for a stop for one or two nights to explore or to rest.

Flushing toilet, small shower, not all lights are working in the room.

Disappointing

The staff were fantastic. Were so accommodating, friendly, and kind.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to no seal on the bottom of the door. The hotel had 2 driveways - one from the turnpike which took you through a truck stop. The other through town. We arrived via the turnpike so had no easy access to town.

Quick stop, quick sleep ,quick go :)

We travelled trough Italy and it was nice place to stop for a night. On the motorway easy to reach it. Hotel was quiet comfortable. Staff was kind.

Good place for and overnight stop

We spent a comfortable overnight at this hotel en route south. Although the property's facilities appeared a bit tired and in need of updating this didn't detract from our time there. We had a meal in the inhouse restaurant; not as good an experience as the menu suggested it could have been. In contrast in the morning breakfast was a more rewarding experience.

Sadly wasn't impressed with our experience at diner; took a while for the waiting staff to get into recognising that the customer is the primary concern not the fact that we arrived 10 minutes early for the meal! Salad was disappointing and appeared to be an afterthought. Saddened that we have to report in this way as the rest of our engagement with hotel and staff was positive

Very good value for money and great location!

Good location off A1 motorway. Good food at the restaurant. Clean room and hosts were welcoming. A must is to buy the Montepulciano wine. Yummy! Very good value for money.

Very good

The restaurant experience was superlative.

One night stay in transit. Great restaurant. The meal we had was superb. Room was right size and recently remodeled.

Tough to get to even using GPS. Impression online is that you can pull into the services station and access the property without ever leaving A1. This true, but GPS exits you so you pay the toll and then use back roads to get there. This meant you had to drive the same back roads to get back on A1. They really should emphasize to exit into the service station area.
