Not impressed and over priced

The free coffee was a bonus but the late check in was ridiculous

We was supposed to check in at 3:00, we were happy to arrive at the hotel at 12:00 and put our luggage but to return to the hotel at 5:30 and our room still not be ready for us was disgusting the staff were not very helpful with the matter either and there was no manager to be seen

Good

the window view is blocked, never see any hotels provide this kind of room. The towel was not available so i need to back down to the reception and ask for towel. No tissue in toilet.
