Very good

Clean place, very friendly personnel, good breakfast, very well connected with S bahn and U bahn.

Far from city, neighborhood is rather a commercial/industrial area, so especially in the evening when it's dark it could seem an adventure on foot. But the area is safe and clean.

A pleasant stay

The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was very good with a good variety.

We are a family of 4 with 2 little kids, and I have requested two rooms with shared door which i read that exists, but unfortunately they didn't give it to us. We had to split and go back and forth everytime we needed something from our suitcases. We just stayed for one night that's why we didn't complain about it

Close to S-Bahn 10 mins to Stuttgart airport & 10 mins to airport. Easy check in

We arrived Friday evening. Check in was fine. Sat we went out all day and when we returned in the evening the room had not been cleaned. I complained to reception & was told it wouldnt happen again. Sunday morning there was not hot water so we were unable to shower, I spoke to reception and was told it was going to be repaired during the day. We went out all day and arrived back at 9pm. The room had not been cleaned again and the hot water was still not working. I complained to the lady on reception who just kept cutting me off saying it was not her fault and she cant do anything about it. I have contacted booking.com for a partial refund as no manger was available at the hotel when I asked at the front desk ( Sunday pm and monday am ) Surprise surprise. as we were unable to shower since Sunday . We Left Monday morning early to go to the airport having not showered since Saturday evening and paying 240 for the pleasure is not a nice feeling.. I expected lot more from IBIS, surely no hot water shouldnt even be in the conversation when it comes to looking after guests in December.

but cleaning at 8.00 am is really strange-didnt get cleaning for 3 days because couldnt have it at 8.00 am and looks like later it was not possible

Comfortable stay in a bright and modern hotel.

The room was a good size. It was very clean and well decorated and furnished. There were lots of lights and sockets. The tv was a good size. The breakfast was very good. It was close to the station.

The bathroom was quite small.

Pleasant

Disappointing, considering the price

Very easy to reach from the airport by train

Everything was very simple. Uncomfortable chairs, the staff didnt always know how to use their own systems, reception was often unmanned. The breakfast was really very simple. If the price had matched these, that would have been ok. But I paid a comparable amount to other, mich nicer hotels. So this was quite disappointing. I would not come back.
