Great location

Convenient location, clean room

Would be great if there is a shelf to place own toiletries. Although the hotel did provide shampoo and body wash, it is just a personal preference to use my own

All in all not too bad not a great sleep on the hard mattress and pillows but I wasnt on holiday to sleep

Location was great. Right next to the train station.

Beds and pillows are very hard.

Great - will be back

Great but see problem below. Once we mentioned the problem the staff moved us to a far more satisfactory room without any problem and the new room was great. Excellent attitudes and competency !

On our first night there was a lot of noise both above and outside our room; we were right across from the lift.

Very small room for this price

Comfy beds

Room was very small - we were expecting a family room for 3 people, but it was just a standard room with an extra bed squeezed in, so it was very cramped. There was no real reception desk, which made it look like a hostel, and the lobby was quite small, so people kept walking into each other. Very confusing and unwelcoming.
