It would be good if the hotel shows alternative direction that the shuttle service uses from hotel to Nana BTS Station.

The price is reasonable.

The hotel is quite far from the BTS station. I didnt like the location as it is in Nana where you can find lots of beer houses and butterflies you know what I mean.

Very good

Overall, we had a nice stay

We had breakfast for 3 days. Then we decided to just buy different kinds of bread and fruits at the nearby 7-eleven store and had our breakfast in room. Coffee, coffee creamer, tea, and a water pot heater are all provided free by the hotel. The hotel personnel (Front desk) as well as the young man who attended to us at the restaurant were all nice and helpful. In short, they were all nice, friendly, and helpful...Service with a smile.

The Television ... Programs only in thai language. One or 2 programs in english but these are cooking programs. We turned the Television on once, turned it off, and never turned it on again.

Good stay near a lively location in Bangkok, close to BTS Skytrain and 1 stop away from MRT

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was nice. The elevator was swift. Everything was fast.

The room felt a bit small for the price. The washroom had a few leaky pipes. The washroom door had no lock. The washroom was a bit cramped. The walls were a bit thin but we indeed got a quiet room.

Location wise the hotel is at prime location close to bars and shopping malls and train station

The room is too small with broken door handles and hangers. Property not well maintained.

Great location for the nana nightlife Staff very welcoming

I stay here a lot and its normally great. But entered the room to find half a Starbucks coffee in the side, and the toilet had a big number 2 In it. So after talking to reception I guess the cleaners had a bad day . The breakfast which has risen in price dramatically to around 265 baht is not good value. The choice is so minimal and not great quality. Example ,no egg station but pre cooked scrambled eggs that were so watery , I heard a usa man complaining and I avoided them .so little choice and the quality is very average
