Lovely holiday.

The moment we arrived we were offered a glass of prosecco while a member of staff finished our check in at the reception. The hotel was really nice, they had lovely Christmas decorations. We had all inclusive and they had a great selection of food and drinks. There were activities during the day and the evening, for kids and adults as well. The Staff members were really nice, I would like to thank you Orsi and Fanni, who were so so friendly and kept us up to date on what activities there are and made amazing shows. My daughter got so attached to them. Besides the mini disco and shows for adults there was live music every evening. They also organised Santa for Christmas day, and all the kids got presents. The hotel was also very clean inside, the room and around the pool too.

It is a good hotel with a great staff and excellent food

The main pool and the pool for small kids with slides were absolutely cold. The water in a heated pool was not warm enough as well, so we couldn't swim at all.

Fab hotel in a great location. Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely staff who were very helpful especially the chef at the restaurant who prepared and helped my son get gluten free food.

So good we can't wait to go back!

From start to finish everything was wonderful. the staff couldn't do enough, they were so friendly and very helpful at all times. the hotel was beautiful, food outstanding, very clean and facilities excellent.

On occasion, at busy times there were queues for the lifts, which were a little slow. No literature on hotel and local information, didn't realise it was all on the TV.

- Received a complimentary bottle of sparking wine for my birthday, a really nice surprise! - Water cooler in the hallway is very handy - Great selection of food for breakfast - Excellent location, only 15 - 20 mins walk to Siam Park and the central area where you can get a tourist train at Veronica's Station that brings you sightseeing for 9 per person - Beach front and lots of restaurants - Nice swimming pools and game room - we had great fun playing the Subsoccer / bench soccer!

- Soundproof is poor, we could hear the room next door loud and clear, we could even tell where were they from and how many of them in the room! Impossible to take a nap during the day but we slept okay at night as we were exhausted from action-packed days.
