The valet service at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa receives high praise for Anthony's punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Guests were impressed by the superior servic (Read More)e they received from the bellman Mariano, the front desk staff, and the catering staff, particularly Jen and Bryan. The housekeeping staff also received commendation for accommodating guests with late check-out. Despite undergoing renovations, the staff and overall experience at the resort were highly rated. The rooms were described as posh and comfortable, and the food and drinks were incredible.

My husband and I had a nice stay at this hotel. We found the staff to be incredibly nice and helpful.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast area staff, they make you feel like a valued guest, always willing to help with a smile on their face.

Some areas look outdated. In general, it looks like a really nice hotel, but a little dated. The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected. Pillows and mattress too soft.

Would never stay there again.

Nothing in resort was open. I booked thru Booking.com and was unaware that remodeling was underway. It made me feel unsafe that it was so deserted and no one out front, etc.

The Native American education experience was neat.

It was under construction so no pool. The rooms.were too hot. The restaurant food aas not appealing. No lobby bar

Beautiful, inside and out!

Beautiful, inside and out! The pools were amazing. The cabana service was impeccable. Canyon suites have a private luxury feel with friendly hospitality. We totally loved it. The room and bath were so big and comfortable. Thank you.
