Not worth the money you charge.
Good location, spacious room and lobby.
Parking is horrible. Valet for departure is very disorganized compared to other hotels. It makes no sense to pay for the breakfast, then get reimbursed when already included in the hotel rates when booking reservations.

Great views
Beautiful hotel with a nice view.
Food in hotel is really expensive. Breakfast buffet is $27 a person. It was delicious and convenient. But a little pricey.

My Stay was good with the exception of the Valet parking at check-out time on Monday, January 1, 24

when it was time to check out, we did valet parking and they were unable to locate our vehicle keys. However, they made us go downstairs where they said we had to get vehicle, got there to be told they could find vehicle, carried all of our luggage down to be told that the vehicle was unstairs parked and that the keys to our Tahoe was located upstairs instead of downstairs at the Valet desk. So, we were very disappointed and for a fine Hotel which was our first time coming there as my family visits there every year for a Foremen Ball and leizure.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff rude. Broke my Reindeer Antlers when they put my window down then left it on the ground for cars to run over. Ordered food took 1:26 minutes for a burger and pork sandwich that I waited to take to my room. Paid for Valet. When I tried to get my vehicle the next morning at checkout no response when I texted. So there were 2 other options. I scanned the QR code. Still no response. I then did option 3 and called still no response. Oh I forgot to mention. Im in a CAST!! I now proceed to the front desk and ask for the manager. The lady states no manager onsite until 7am. I believe its about 6:45 by this time. She asks what she can do for me I explain Everything I have just done to try and get a hold of Valet and she states you need to take the elevators down to P3. I said excuse me. I am standing here in a CAST. I paid for Valet. Thats when she picked up the phone and tried to call them and there was no answer. The gentleman standing next to her took my card and went down to get my car. Unreal.

We loved the location and the staff were accommodating
The location was amazing short walk to everything 10/10 Staff were very nice and helpful
The room was okay but dont think it was worth the price they charge! The pillows were old and wore out, the bed just had a loose sheet thrown over not fitted sheet so came out a lot. Bathroom also was not that clean mainly the shower.

Do not stay here.
The location being off River Street was nice, and close to a lot of walking points. That's about all the good.
The room was horrible for the price. The bathroom was disgusting with mold in the showers and the floors covered in rust and mold. The sink faucets leaked all over the counter. There was no fan in the bathroom so it made the whole room muggy. The shower is a 3x3 space with a curtain that doesn't reach the floor, so you're shoved against the wall to get any water on you and the water goes all over the entire floor even with a bath mat and towels laid out to soak it up. The bed was very firm, not like most hotels which are comfortable. The carpet in the room didn't reach the walls so there was a gap all the way around filled with dirt and dust and the carpet that was laid was rolled and a tripping hazard. The lobby was beautiful and spacious. The elevators very fast and no waits. The elevator down to the parking or River Street had carpet that was duct taped together - such a poor look. Parking is also $48 per night and "valet" but you have to get your car yourself so it's actually not valet at all. And they leave your keys unattended in an unlocked box where anyone can grab them. Overall, so disappointed with this stay especially for $490 for two nights.
