On the seventh floor and felt like we were melting in the room. Didnt sleep well.

I didnt have the breakfast but they had a Starbucks in there

The pool wasnt very clean so we couldnt swim but all other facilities where very nice

We didn't have a phone in our room. So we had to activate our cell phones to U S. Which was a cost we did not want to pay.

The room was nice but I will not book again

The room was nice nd clean. Also beautiful lobby

The front desk attendant over charge my card. Then lied to me telling me it was a mistake on my card that he didnt know why it was over charged. Then I called my bank and they said that he did over charged my account nd they sent something to my bank to change the charge. I didnt appreciate him lying to me. He could of been honest and said it was a mistake because people make mistakes but he didnt have to lie to me and now I have up to 45 days to get my money back
