Over all it was a good stay.

Location couldnt have been more perfect! This is our 2nd time staying here for NYE. Its walking distance to everything happening in the city.

Parking is always an issue around this time of year. Theres no parking available at the hotel, all spots are full and street parking is all based on luck and time. If you circle around a few times, youll find find one but you must arrive before 5pm or most street parking is taken for the night. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. I had to use the microwave to warm up my eggs and sausages.

Never again. Word of mouth for others BAD experience.

Breakfast!

We arrived late, the front desk associate looked and dressed like a maintenance crew! Once we got into the room pulling the bed back, Spanish rice inside the bed! It had been slept in as well! Jeremy (front desk associate) put us in another room but his comment to me was " I've slept in awful beds in the military!) I wasn't happy stating " you didn't pay $500.00" The next night the upstairs guest made so much noise walking and jumping sleep was not the best! We found balloons from last guests on the floor in the new room! The toilet seat was very loose, moved first room.
