Close to airport. Shuttle was nicer

Breakfast was very poor. I have never had French fries for breakfast. Very few choices and they were cold. Disappointing especially if you were counting on it before you fly out.

Convenient location for an early flight out of DIA

Check in was easy and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

The web page for the hotel says the bar area serves food. There was no food available in the bar area. The web page should be corrected. We had to walk to a neighboring hotel for food.

I Wont stay at a Hyatt house again.

Clean, lovely, comfortable and spacious rooms. Decent complimentary breakfast. Thin walls so could hear other guests.

Really comfortable, clean, modern and spacious room.

Walls are pretty thin. Could hear neighbouring guests (loud walking in room above, water moving through pipes). If youre a light sleeper this is something to keep in mind. For a quick, one night stay this wasnt an issue for me, but it would have been if it was a longer stay. Breakfast was okaynothing special but did have hot optionseggs, sausage, porridge, potatoes. Decent selection of cold options. No waffles, though, as stated on the site. Again, not a big deal but if you read it on the site you might be disappointed when its not available. Its possible that it just wasnt available during my visit.

Manager front desk staff are horrendous disrespected a disabled child and refused our stay

Didnt work out at all through booking . Com prior for a diffferent rage of 150 I was charged for 190 for the whole room and a 150 fee I didnt ever agree to had still not been returned to my card other customers had the same issue of them refusing to treat people right and some guy in front of us just left and told his wife to cancel the reservation because they didnt care that his wife listed his name as a guest in the room and was on a different flight to Colorado despite the room was paid in full etc My child who is disabled was discriminated against and we as a group my partner and 3 kids were poorly mistreated by the front desk staff and I would never recommend or return here it was a waste of 300 dollars to be spit on

Absolutely lovely, cant say enough good things about my stay.

I travel constantly. I have stayed in more hotels than I can count it seems! Most of the time the hotels I stay at are adequate, sometimes inadequate. I was so pleasantly surprised by this stay! The room was extremely clean and the bed and pillows were luxurious! I was so sad to leave. I would have loved to remain in that bed for days! The shower was superb, so roomy and a fabulous shower head and strong water pressure! Ive stayed in a few other hotels in the Denver area, this hotel was most definitely the best! Excellent customer service as well.
