Good breakfast but rent a car if here a few days

The breakfast was good. I am not a breakfast eater, but I liked that there was coffee and juices. People seemed to really enjoy this.

What bothered me were three things. The cleanliness of the room was in question in part because of the dim lighting. The TV remote wasn't cleaned as I see in other hotels. Also, the rip in the sofa seat, that is not a nice thing to see. Couldn't that have been removed?

Superb

Good, Comfortable and Good Hospitality

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and checked in with an upgrade. Our room was well appointed and was in a decent working order. The breakfast was good and had plenty of variety and staff were always helpful and efficient.

The room was clearly in need of a few repairs but nothing major that really affected our stay.

room was updated and modern with small kitchen. breakfast was good.

bathroom door was too hard to slide, no body wash provided in the bathroom. Even after requesting, we were handed few shampoo and bar soap. sink tap had missing flow control, the water spills all over the place

Everything was wonderful until our room was broke into by hotel staff.

The free breakfast was wonderful. So much more than a continental breakfast. The room was very comfortable & clean.

We had 2 staff members, male & female, come into our room during the middle of the night. The door was locked & had the metal guard out. My husband heard the door open & hit the metal guard. He caught one of the staff as his hand was inside attempting to move the metal guard. My husband quickly got dressed & ran out of the room to confront them by the elevators. They had no tools with them as they said they were going to work on something in the room & thought the room was vacant. They would have known the room was occupied when they saw the metal guard was engaged which can only be done from the inside of the room. The next morning the front desk said 2 other rooms had the same thing happen. They said computers werent working that night & we were not registered in that room even though we checked in & paid.

Can do better.

That I paid $1640 for 3 Nights!!! Only to sleep in a room where I look out my room and not only hear Pigeons, but see their Sh!t all over, even on streek of sh!t going down the window
