Very good

Close to airport, offered living room seperate from bedroom. Nearby restaurants

Could hear noise from the separate floor. Our style room did not have a choice of bathtub or shower. I wanted a bathtub. Breakfast was not busy. I got there at 7am. The staff was nice but forgetful about bringing out a breakfast bowl request. I think she was busy doing inventory or stocking. She appeared 30 minutes later and had to remind them.

Exceptional

The hotel itself is lovely, a pleasure to stay in in all regards.

I had a queen suite. The room is well laid out, with lots of storage space for your stuff. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes and a microwave, but no stove or pots and pans. The bed is very comfortable and the nice big soft pillows are fabulous. The heating is good, and I was able to keep the room quite comfortable. The window coverings block both light and cold very effectively. All in all, a very nice room. Im impressed.

The ice buildup in the parking lot. A judicious and frequent application of ice melt would make the parking lot a whole lots less scared. Im 76, and cannot afford to break a bone in a fall on the ice. Your parking lot needs a lot of ice melt on it, frequently, to make things safer.

Superb

Highly recommend location. Great size family room. Ample off street parking.

Swimming pool was excellent for the kids. Staff were very friendly.

Limited seats for breakfast time. Limited food on offer for number of guests staying.

Great spot but new mattresses are essential

Comfortable room and lovely staff. It was a good location for easy access to appointments, shopping and restaurants.

The BED! It was uncomfortably soft and we actually rotated the mattress. More firm pillows are needed, too. I had recently had physical therapy and that bed almost sent me back to the doctor. My husband agreed it was very uncomfortable. This was unfortunate because we enjoyed everything else.
