Superb

Great location, comfortable and clean room

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the complementary tea. The location was great, very close to city center, to shops and restaurants. Good enough sound proof.

- One of the night table lamps in our room was not working properly. We fixed it, but it would have been nice someone checking this beforehand. - Even though the shower was really nice and clean, with good water pressure, the lack of a proper door caused that the water spilled all over the floor. - The sink was too far from the toilet in my opinion. - If you don't close properly the doors leading to your room, you could hear everything going on outside. - The elevator is tiny.

Superb

Very nice stay

Nice room, this was the bigger one, still not very spacious, but ok. Room and bathroom was clean. Nice terrace on the back side. Buffet breakfast was good. Very good location in the old quarter.

Personal was helpful. Rooms were clean. Location is good, 7-8 min walking distance to Vieux Port and very closed to Estrangin metro station.

Rooms were not so wide, especially for 2 people.

Great location

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, room size was good and quiet.

We had the best twin room, but no lift access for suitcases to the last floor. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for an adult, probably fine for a child.

Perfect location to explore Marseille

Great location and good rooms. Some staff very friendly.

A bit chaotic at breakfast and some of the staff were a bit hurried and not very responsive.

Reception and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and quiet and there's a small Carrefour nearby. The beds were comfortable.

The room was very, very small - a bit too much so for a mother and adult son combo but manageable. The bathroom was clean with a good shower but the toilet was crammed into a corner which made it pretty uncomfortable.

Very helpful staff, comfortable, room with lovely views of the city and access to important sites.

Very helpful staff, clean facilities, comfortable, room with lovely views of the city. Location was perfect and accessible to metro stops to get to the airport bus as well as great dining options close by.

It was odd having to cross the street and enter a secluded building for the actual room. It was also annoying that I couldn't control the heat but had to go back to the lobby to ask them to up the temperature.
