Great location, spacious room and friendly staff

All of the staff on the front desk were really friendly. The location is brilliant. The room was spacious and clean and despite the central location, it was very quiet.

Location was great, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. That was great as my French isn't good.

A fine hotel in the heart of Toulouse

I liked the central location and the proximity to the metro. Also, the bed was comfortable and the safe in the room came in handy. At the reception, they were most kind and they received a parcel for me that I needed.

Disappointing

Walking distance to historical city center

The room was ok. The beds were on the hard side, the cooling function of the AC was disabled and the room was hot turning down the control did not help. The solution from the front desk was to open the window. Mosquitos got in, no screen. Unfortunately the road next to our room had a loud homeless group discussing among them until early morning. Also first thing in the morning, the city workers were hammering the street. We heard another couple complained about the same experience during breakfast.
