The crapiest choice

That I left

Anything. The people were rude. The rooms had issues with the toilet, no towels, no toilet paper. When you called reception they said they were not bringing anything and that I had to look for the cleaning person among the floors to find what i needed. When I ask for food delivery, they did not allow the delivery person to come up so I was forced to go down to reception which made me unable to tip the delivery person that they probably kicked out. Breakfast was crap. You can't ask for eggs in any other way that is not boiled and you have to boil the eggs yourself, so of course there was an infinite line of people to use the boiler. Some thought the eggs were already boiled and when tried to peal them we saw that they were raw. So there was a mess in the floor and trays. From the beginning they tell you they will not clean the room. And when you ask for help or complain for any missing thing their attitude is getting upset and miss treat the customer. I am never coming back to that hole.

Something when significantly wrong. "Booking" needs to address+provide us a measure of compensation

Proximity to tram and transfer to city centre Connectivity to road network for access and egress to the hotel Generally quiet location with ease of parking.

Our rooms were not reserved by Booking.com which created an issue when we arrived On duty concierge created an aire of concern when advising that our rooms were not confirmed. We were located own a room which had no air conditioning, likely as a consequence of the above, this created a considerable amount of discomfort given the overnight temperature of approx 29-30 deg C over night.

Sort out the information on low emission zones.

The big problem for us is that we were travelling in an old van and the hotel is in the low emission zone. This was not made clear on Booking.com, and phoning staff at the Hotel did not help clarify the rules. We had to park outside the zone, and walk in, which obviously spoiled our experience. So overall we were unhappy because of this. It should be made clearer to other visitors.

Standard Ibis quality

Airco not working. It is hot and the staff could only help with a fan. No alternative could be proposed. Desolate environment around the hotel. No restaurant service during holidays.

Location was good. Price was fine. Free parking

They ve carpet in their room and of course with the shine of the science u can easily guess it will stink. Why! And not just rooms corridors too! It is nonsense

The facilities and breakfast

The staff, I am not from France and didn't speak French, I didn't find the staff that friendly and welcoming. I just feel it is a hotel, and the whole point of the staff is to be welcoming and friendly, I was asked for my room number practically all the 7 days and I didn't notice the same being asked for other guests staying at the hotel, which honestly came across as a bit racist to me.

Family trip of 5. We stayed overnight between flight connections. Hotel is located next to tram station, making very conveniente to go to the airport and to the city centre.
