Theme of hotel is a nice touch.

Pool was nice. Beds were very comfortable

Rooms are very small. I probably would not stay here again. Would prefer to stay closer to beach area.

Nice trip to Biarritz for Halloween

Everything in the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. We were going to the pool a couple of times in late October but it was always opened for is and towels ready (they have separate towels for the pool and gym) Water, tea and coffee provided in the room as well They also provide coffee machine and fruit water near the lobby Very good public transport from Airport and to other parts of the town

Breakfast VERY expensive 20 per person for the two of us for 5 nights it is 100 The door to the bathroom - we are two sisters but living separately for 20 years so there is a little discomfort to use the toilet or take a shower with the glass door, you cannot shut properly

Drinking water in the breakfast room, shower was good, and we had complimentary slippers, we could use an umbrella from the hotel, the gym equipment was very interesting and my husband liked this a lot. We had to postpone our stay due to the sudden death of a very close relative. It was possible to postpone, which we appreciated

the safe was low battery so we needed room service to replace them (which was excellent). We were let down by the rain, we couldn't use the swimming pool so I hoped we could go to the spa, which was promoted on your website. However I learned that this wasn't true and this partnership didn't exist.

Charming, for book lovers, and for those who appreciate local products

Staff were incredibly friendly and warm. The rooms are very comfortable and designed with care. You are but a few steps from the center and breakfast was with local and excellent products only.

Good room rate but extras - breakfast and car parking (@ 20 euros per night) pushed the overall costs up substantially

The ambience and focus. Helpful staff and good facilities

At 19 euros per person, the breakfast is overpriced as the current price in central cafes ranged between 10 - 12 euros - and thats not buffet style!

Excellent hotel with a warm welcome from very friendly staff

Biarritz is a great place to visit and I really enjoyed my stay two night stay at the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and gave advice on how to get the best out of my visit. My room had good facilities, a comfortable bed and was clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and value for money. There was a private car park for my car which was safe and secure Overall, a very pleasant place to stay with great staff and easy access into the centre of town. Would definitely recommend
