Bad

On check in there were charged an amount equal to the stay and then, the next day, andministator asked to pay again, explaining that it was frozen for the safety of the room. We left three days ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. no one warned that they would withhold double the amount and on what basis. As a result, the vacation was ruined because we did not expect to spend so much and are still waiting for money. None of the employees solved the situation, they just stood there and repeated the same thing.

Great location. Wonderful views. Could walk everywhere easily. 15 mins by taxi to train station

Location, Helpful & friendly staff who spoke English, very clean. Beautiful breakfast.

Layout of breakfast room which caused a bottleneck of customers in one corner.

Very good

So glad I went to Biarittz and stayed in Hotel de la Plage. If I go back I will stay there again..

Loved the town and the hotel. Very friendly and so near the beach. WIll be back and have told my friends the same...

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe the rooftop was a bit difficult to get a seat but hey - it was busy...

Beachside beauty

Excellent position and beautiful modern hotel with wonderful people. We had a little balcony and a partial view of the beach.. We enjoyed the breakfast which was good quality and variety and sat in the guest lounge after checkout while waiting for our cab.

People walking on the path above the hotel could see into our bedroom. Would have loved a full view of the beach.

Amazing, cool, hotel!!

The girls behind the desk were incredible. Leiah (sp) was phenomenal!! Our rooms weren't ready at 3 so she found us a place to eat. When we got to the room she had left a note apologizing for the late room and even left us a treat. The view was incredible. We were right in the middle of everything. The rooms have a very fun decor. Breakfast was very ample! An amazing place to stay.
