Gorgeous Facilities, Great Location and Commodities, Courteous Staff, but

The decor, design, overall comfort is excellent, rooms and common space are clean, the location, at the heart of the Dix30 neighborhood is perfect, with plenty of very good restaurants and shops, and also very close to the REM to get downtown, staff is polite, courteous and demonstrate a genuine will to help.

Getting a parking is a circusthe hotel doesnt have a dedicated parking and guests have to park in the rather cramped public parade of the Dix30 neighborhoodif this is a busy day, then you will likely end up parking 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotelthe parkade is not overly safe either, if you come back late at night, you might encounter some shady characters conducting shady business on your way through the parking, WIFI is not stable and not very strong, dont expect much more than light browsing (certainly not reliable for remote work) while cell reception is also close to inexistant in the building (staff mentioned this is a known problem), housekeeping is kind of a hit-and-miss, sometimes they make the room.sometimes, they dont. When they do, its very well done, but the housekeeping schedule seems erratic, when you ask for it, they might not show upIf you dont, they certainly will.

Great modern hotel near highway with plenty of options for dining and shopping.

Large room with high ceiling and view over the city. Great breakfast with room service. Free undercover parking that fits an SUV. Hotel accepts pets.

Only a small table and insufficient seating for meals for a family of four.

I would still come back. I come here about twice a year for work.

Location

Room and bed was not fully made up. Bed still seemed messy after room service. Room seemed rushed to get made up.. maybe because we left the room late/early afternoon, so maybe not much time for room service to clean up.

Amazing stay. Will be back.

Room layout, very spacious, modern and clean. Very practical furniture that can be moved around for your convenience. Service was excellent, friendly and professional. Great location. Free parking. Lots of short term parking to unload luggage right at the door. Les cousins (on site) served a delicious breakfast.

Wifi wasnt connecting well.

Wonderful stay , will definatly be back.

Friendly and informative greeting by front desk staff. Room, well appointed, Beautiful zen like spa bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great stay will be back soon. In the heart of 10/30 shopping, restaurants and activities. All this and only 20 minutes from Downtown Montreal. And oh yes, did I mention the free parking.
