location was good

The room was NOT ready for customer to stay at all -- the bath room door couldn't close; tech people tried to fix while all 4 of us just arrived after 10 hrs' drive waited in the room with loud noise, for an hour, but still could fix. Hotel couldn't give us another room, we had to put up without the bathroom door properly closed till the next day; and the next day the hotel called very early while we still trying to recover from the 10 hrs drive and asked us to check out before 12pm, and re-check in after 2pm for another room -- anyway its a big mess and inconvenience for our stay. Hotel said they can't do any compensation since we booked via a 3rd party, that's you booking.com right, please see what you can do for us? Hotel said the 3rd party can ask and they will approve.

Overall quite good but theres room for improvement.

The location is really close to the tourist spots, I could basically go to different places just by walking.

The toiletries in the room are not complete, therere no toothpaste, toothbrushes and comb which most hotels usually provide. And theres only one cup for drinking but we have two people.

Modern interior with a nice lobby area. The location was very close to the old town or downtown. I guess they had a pool but we had no chance to use it.

Overall nice getaway

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast coffee was good Not enough choice of foods I didnt particularly like the layout of the room and how the toilet and shower were part of the main room like a closet. Pool was nice
