Very good

Comfortable, good location pleasant hotel.

Anna was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and made us feel valued. The rest of the staff were ok but not particularly warm. There was an argument between staff at breakfast that was a bit embarrassing as we couldn't help but hear it! Overall a good stay.

The old town, which the inn was proximal to, was full of ambiance and a pleasure to explore.

Host was helpful

Great location

The room was very spacious and light. The bathroom was super. The staff were helpful and I also appreciated a car park as parking can be difficult in France. Its in a great location in the edge of the old town.

The room needed a refurbishment. The vinyl on the bed base was peeling off over the sheet. It would be good to have a little fridge and ironing board in room.

Beautiful hotel, great location and lovely staff.

the junior suite was great.

Couldn't watch tv as the wifi code supplied didn't work.The lady at the front desk was fantastic and tried to sort it. Managed to use wifi hotspot. The Breakfast set up was a faff due to lack of space. The bread was local and amazing. The egg cups when supplied were great for small plants but sadly not for eggs. The local Bayonne ham was incredible.

Very good

Great stay in a quaint village

HBP is a good hotel in the historical side of Bayonne. The bedroom was rather small but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Breakfast was great and had lot on offer. The restaurant of the hotel offered a great dinner!
