Good location, reasonably priced, all very clean, easy check in

Not a single cheapest bottle of water. Sliding doors to the bathroom were impossible to close - sliding back. Staff expressed zero support.

Position was good for walking into annecy

Really needed refurbishing. It was clean but tired. Breakfast was basic so we didnt bother the second day. The hotel had no other facilities so it was basically somewhere to sleep

Recommended for single Travelers headed to Annecy.

This hotel is in a great location and an affordable option for single Backpackers or couples. It's a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, and also a short walk to the lake, the main grocery store, and old Town Annecy. Also has good shower pressure and optional breakfast.

It's on a small street, and a little bit tricky to find at first. Additionally, the rooms are pretty small and the bed is average on comfort.

No even worth for a quick layover

Very central location, helpful staff and dog friendly hotel

Our air conditioning didnt work, no pressure in shower and super uncomfortable beds and cushions.

Overpriced for the facilities provided.

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.

Superb

Lovely hotel located in the Center of annency. The hotel is near the lake and old town so we could visit everything by walking. We had a late flight so they were flexible with the checkout. Overall great experience
