Absolutely fantastic hotel!

Overall had a fantastic stay, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a great location. My son and I will not forget our trip and would recommend.

When ordering food in the room, the menu on the tv shows a cheaper price and I felt the room service charge was over priced and this charge was not clear. Also, the painting in the room would be inoffensive if I had travelled with adult but with a child, it felt a bit uncomfortable having en explicit painting.

Unique and very well rounded hotel ensured a great stay in Berlin

Fabulous, eclectic decor throughout the hotel, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, very efficient room service, great location, wonderful bar, spacious modern rooms with great facilities, comfortable beds, superbly decorated for the holiday season.

On the side of the hotel we were staying on there was some regular train noise and a little bit of noise in the mornings coming from upstairs. The room service options could have been better for vegetarians.

An excellent hotel on all counts.

The hotel had a good vibe. Staff are very good. The bedroom was a petit and although small it was more than adequate with excellent bathroom facilities. The Grace restaurant was exceptional. One of the best evening meals ever! Location is perfect.

Great location in the hart of shopping walhala of Berlin

The breakfast option on a-la-carte were excellent. Nice atmosphere. The car park directly behind the hotel is very convenient. Staff was very friendly.

It seems like the hotel was still getting up to speed, many small details were not right. The entrance was hard to find, no clear place to drop of lugage, no option to reserve parking space, mistakes with the bed arrangements, long waits in cafe and breakfast.

the room was nice and comfortable and you couldn't hear the traffic despite being on a busy street. There were lots of nice little extras such as good quality toiletries, a coffee maker, complimentary water. The hotel bar is fantastic.

We were put on a room on the 2nd floor directly above a shop that was being renovated so we were woken by drilling early in the morning. And a fairly minor thing: the hairdryer provided was almost too heavy to use as you had to keep a button held down.
