Great hotel in ideal location

Friendly welcome. Lovely pool with bar and restaurant where we relaxed. Location a couple of minutes from shops and town centre. Breakfast had a huge choice of food. All the staff were lovely.

Incredible, beautiful

Great location! Able to take day trips to amalfi coast, Capri, Vesuvius, farms. Walkable city from the hotel. Friendly, English-speaking staff. The night shift desk person even followed us to the train station on a motorcycle to let us know that we had left a bag behind!

Pleasant little hotel near shops and the beach

Breakfast was great and the Staff were really helpful. The manager was really well organized and pleasant. The rooms were decently sized. The pool was modern looking and warm. They also had a singer that did really well on one of the room nights. The location was perfect for walking to nearby shops or to the beach.

I felt like the dinner was underwhelming. Many of the customers staying there were British, so it seems as they tailored the food to their taste. I also did not like that they charged for pool towels. The shower was also very small and we had issues with the lights turning off in one room if we were using a plug in another room.

Exceptional

Service, facilities, access to town and food (breakfast, pool bar and dinner). The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Sorrento city center, restaurants, bars, the beaches and for other excursions. The hotel is close enough but also far away enough so you do not get the noisy streets at night.

Very good

Really pleased with our stay overall, and I would return.

The location of the hotel was great, the breakfast was good too (better than Conca park), the sunbed area had plenty of sun. Friendly staff :)

The windows were quite thin in our room and we could hear traffic from the main road up til 2am some nights. The beds were really hard, new mattresses could be a good investment for comfort.

Clean and tidy

Very expensive for what is a package holiday hotel.. For this sort of money you expect alot better food and upgraded facilities.. we could have stayed in the Hilton just up from there for less.. not worth it..

I would rather spend a bit more to have a more comfortable stay.

The breakfast

Tiny room in the attic with 2 small beds pushed together. Pool was very cold. Our room only good as a budget hotel. Most disappointing was I could not get a second room card so had to wake my sleeping husband who had a injured knee and was having an afternoon nap and while I went shopping . They said other cars was lost but I say not good enough. Program another card asap.
