Outdated and overpriced but adequate

It's acceptable for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was nice.

It's very old and outdated and the heat didn't work. It's also wildly overpriced for the quality and location.

Very good

Great place to stay for a visit to San Gimignano. 10 minutes walk from the old town. The Villa has a nice surrounding, with pool, tables , chairs etc. The view is great. Breakfast was ok. Big parking place.

The room should be a bit more clean.

Nice original hotel and family run business. Easy walk to town with good car parking and lovely Italian breakfast.Room clean and functional. Spacious outdoor seating .

Superb

Location was great...about a 10 minute walk to the historical centre. Parking was easy at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking, and seemed firmer than most other beds we slept on in Italy..

Very good location, good value.

A very good 3 star hotel in an excellent position just outside the walls of San Gimignano. Its a comfortable 10 minute walk into the historic centre, provided that youre reasonably fit (the walk is quite steeply uphill, but then everything is uphill in San Gimignano!). The hotel has nice grounds with good shaded areas for seating plus a swimming pool with plentiful sun loungers and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. Staff couldnt have been more helpful.

Superb

Family run hotel in a great location

The family who own the hotel are very friendly but don't speak a lot of English. The hotel is comfortable and in a great location just a few minutes walk (uphill) from San Gimignano. Free parking on site is most welcome. Breakfast was a standard buffet which was very good. Best of all, is the lovely swimming pool which has a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. We spent a week here and enjoyed it immensely.
